The Delhi Development Authority launched the Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026, providing freehold, ready-to-move flats in Pocket 11, Sectors A1-A4 of Narela. On the first day of bookings, 661 of the 1,218 units were reserved, and every 1-BHK apartment was sold. The initiative targets serving and retired government staff as well as eligible corporate and professional workers, offering a 25 percent discount on prices that begin at Rs 33.40 lakh for a 1-BHK, Rs 75.55 lakh for a 2-BHK and Rs 1.065 crore for a 3-BHK.
Applicants must register online from July 24, pay a Rs 2,500 fee, and book through the DDA Awaas Portal on a first-come-first-served basis. The scheme remains open until October 30, 2026, or until all units are sold. DDA highlights upcoming Metro and RRTS links and new infrastructure in Narela as key draws, noting that the area accounted for most of its 1,284 flat sales in the first quarter of the current financial year.
