Delhi Development Authority launches 1,224 discounted flats for eligible residents

The Delhi Development Authority announced the release of 1,224 ready-to-move apartments in Narela with a uniform 25% price reduction for qualified applicants.

The Delhi Development Authority has opened registration for 1,224 ready-to-move apartments under the DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026, all priced with a 25% discount. The units, located in Pocket 11 of Sectors A1-A4 in Narela, North-West Delhi, comprise 384 one-bedroom, 432 two-bedroom and 408 three-bedroom flats, ranging from roughly 60 to 184 square metres. Eligibility is limited to "Karmajeevis," a category that includes serving or retired central and state government staff, PSU workers, and professionally qualified individuals like doctors, lawyers, and engineers.

Registration began on July 24, 2026 via the DDA’s portal with a Rs 2,500 fee, and flat booking starts on August 15, 2026, with a 15-minute online payment window for the booking amount. The scheme runs until October 30, 2026 or until all units are allotted, and buyers must complete payment within 60 days, with a possible 30-day grace period at 10% simple interest. Required documentation varies by applicant type, covering employment or professional credentials and income proof.
