Delta Flight 1208, a Boeing 757 operating from Minneapolis to Orlando, was forced to abort its flight moments after take-off when the first officer experienced numbness in his arms and legs and a heart rate in the high 100s. Controllers recorded a “potential pilot incapacitation” and granted the aircraft priority handling to return to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The captain announced the need to turn back, and the plane, with 190 people aboard, landed without further incident.
