Detective Krzysztof Rutkowski accompanies former deputy minister to ABW over allegations
Former agriculture deputy minister Michał Kołodziejczak visited the Łódź ABW office with private detective Krzysztof Rutkowski after accusations of abuse were published online.
Michał Kołodziejczak, a former deputy minister of agriculture and suspended KO party member, arrived at the Łódź office of the Internal Security Agency with private detective Krzysztof Rutkowski, who stated he acts on Kołodziejczak’s behalf. Their appearance was prompted by a Zero.pl article that presented serious accusations from former associates, including claims of aggression, threats, and references to drug-related matters, with one woman reportedly having an intimate relationship with Kołodziejczak.
Rutkowski said a complaint had already been lodged at the Jawor police station concerning patostreaming and potential coercion, though Kołodziejczak initially hesitated to pursue legal action. The detective criticized the media’s role in publicizing the allegations, questioning why the women had not filed police reports themselves. He also indicated he possesses material that could be used as evidence and may testify in the investigation, while expecting the ABW to clarify the situation.
