DJI unveils Osmo 360 II, a versatile 8K 360-degree camera for adventure filming
DJI introduced the Osmo 360 II at IFA 2026, a compact 360° camera capable of 8K video, HDR imaging and advanced AI features.
At IFA 2026, DJI launched the Osmo 360 II, a lightweight 183-gram camera designed for immersive content creation. It uses a 1-inch square HDR sensor that covers 25 % more area than conventional designs, enabling 8K video at 60 fps and 120-megapixel 360° HDR stills. The camera incorporates AI-based Super Night 2.0 for low-light scenes, motion-blur mitigation, and a Spotlight Tracking feature that can reframe footage into conventional shots.
It supports underwater shooting to 10 m without accessories and to 50 m with an invisible waterproof case, while offering 16K panoramic timelapses and AI-enhanced slow-motion up to 64×. Battery life reaches 100 minutes at 8K/30 fps, extendable to 180 minutes with an extra battery rod, and internal storage totals 105 GB. The Osmo 360 II is sold in Spain in a Standard Pack for €589 and an Adventure Pack for €739, with optional accessories such as lens kits and battery extensions.
