DLF completes Rs 1,985 cr sale of luxury senior living project in Gurugram
DLF announced that its new senior-citizen development, The Aureva in Sector 63, Gurugram, has been fully sold for about Rs 1,985 crore.
In a regulatory filing, DLF confirmed that its newly launched senior-living scheme, The Aureva, has achieved a full sell-out, generating sales of approximately Rs 1,985 crore. Situated on 4.17 acres in Sector 63, Gurugram, the development offers luxury retirement housing with integrated wellness, healthcare access, and community spaces. Managing Director Aakash Ohri emphasized the project’s on-site medical centre and emergency response capabilities as part of DLF’s vision for premium retirement living.
The transaction underscores growing interest in experience-driven senior housing in India. DLF, which has delivered more than 185 projects totaling over 352 million sq ft, continues to expand its development and annuity businesses despite a recent dip in overall sales bookings.
