Driver chases couple and their dog with car in Los Angeles park
A driver in Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles, accelerated his vehicle toward a couple and their dog after a verbal dispute, forcing them onto the grass.
In the outskirts of Harold A. Henry Park in Los Angeles, a heated exchange escalated when a driver in an orange car pursued a couple attempting to cross a stop sign. The woman, Celine, said the driver yelled a profanity before turning sharply onto the grass, where the man, Logan, pulled their dog Olive out of the way as the vehicle passed close by. Video from an Uber driver’s dashcam captured the car jumping the curb and speeding away.
Witness Sequoia Hugee, who was also in the park, confirmed the chaotic maneuver. The couple reported the assault to the Los Angeles Police Department, which has yet to release further details. No injuries were reported, but the incident raised safety concerns among park visitors.
