Dutch Teen Arrested in Hamburg as Suspected Hitman for Criminal Gang

Hamburg authorities arrested a 13-year-old boy from the Netherlands in the St. Pauli area, suspecting he had been tasked with killing a member of the Hells Angels criminal network. His mother had alerted police to his disappearance, prompting the investigation that led to his detention in June. The prosecutor’s spokesperson, Mia Sperling-Karstens, indicated that the child likely received a contract to commit murder and that the case also involves a suspected attempt to solicit a killing.

The minor was subsequently transferred to Dutch law enforcement, where criminal liability starts at age twelve. While officials have hinted at a possible connection to a broader gang conflict, they declined to reveal the identity of the intended target to protect the investigation. No further arrests have been reported since the teen’s detention.
