Dwight Howard, an eight-time NBA All-Star, has placed his Suwanee, Georgia estate back on the market, now seeking $14.5 million—a $3.25 million increase from the prior listing. He bought the 14-acre, 26,000-square-foot mansion in 2016 for $8.8 million while playing for the Atlanta Hawks. Built in 2010 with a European-inspired brick façade, the home includes 12 bedrooms, 12 full baths, nine half baths, a main-level primary suite, multiple guest suites, and two full kitchens plus a catering kitchen.

Luxury amenities span an elevator, home theater, billiards lounge, sauna, salon, a podcast space, and extensive outdoor facilities such as a pool with diving board, outdoor kitchen, basketball court and a two-story fitness pavilion. Vehicle storage comprises a six-car garage, a six-car motor court and an additional six-car lower-level garage, plus two guest residences above. Howard aims to secure a profit of roughly $5.7 million above his original purchase price.
