Earl Spencer says his Diana memoir omits details about King Charles and could have been more bitter
Charles Spencer is set to publish the memoir Swan Song: Diana, My Sister, in which he says the book leaves out several pieces of information about King Charles and could have been more bitter. He maintains his recollection that Charles told him the family would "forget her soon enough" after Princess Diana’s death. Buckingham Palace responded that grief can cloud judgment and has not commented on the memoir itself. Spencer also said he holds no resentment toward the royal family.
