European Central Bank chief Christine Lagarde told the World Economic Forum board she is prepared to take on a leadership role as the organization navigates its succession plans.

The Swiss daily NZZ am Sonntag reported that BlackRock CEO Larry Fink is set to chair next year’s Davos summit but will step down afterward.
