EcoWorld Malaysia beats sales goal as industrial park deal fuels growth
EcoWorld Development Group Bhd announced it has exceeded its annual sales target, helped by a major land sale to Tera Data Centers at Eco Business Park VII.
EcoWorld Development Group Bhd disclosed that it has outperformed its annual sales target for the first time, achieving a record level of revenue for the fiscal year ending in October 2026. The surge was largely attributed to a substantial sale of industrial land at Eco Business Park VII to Tera Data Centers. Eco Business Park VII, situated within the Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 development, is being marketed as a comprehensive industrial hub offering space, infrastructure and networking opportunities for expanding companies.
The park is a joint effort between EcoWorld, SD Guthrie Bhd and the state agency NS Corp. Deputy CEO Liew Tian Xiong presented these developments at the second EcoWorld Connects forum, emphasizing that shared knowledge and connections accelerate business growth. The event also opened registration for the next phase of the SME Core programme, reflecting strong demand for the park’s small-and-medium-enterprise facilities.
Why it matters
The deal shows rising demand for industrial and data-centre space in Malaysia, boosting EcoWorld's growth and regional economic development.
