Edge Early Learning disclosed that it has entered voluntary administration, appointing KordaMentha to conduct a financial review of the business. The provider, which operates centres across the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and South Australia—including 24 sites in Adelaide and regional South Australia and two in the ACT—stated that all locations will continue to function on a business-as-usual basis. Families were told there would be no alterations to care arrangements, opening times or staff levels.
The company emphasized its commitment to maintaining safe operations while the urgent review is underway. Administrators will work with management and key stakeholders to determine the best path forward for the organisation.
