Eight dead and one injured in blaze at Foshan textile plant
A fire at a two-storey textile factory in Foshan, Guangdong province killed eight people and wounded one, according to state media.
The blaze erupted at 3:12 p.m. on Sunday inside an industrial park and was put out after roughly an hour. The facility, which processes denim fabric, suffered damage but the flames did not spread to neighboring structures.
