Eight new suspects detained in investigation of Quentin Deranque's killing in Lyon

The investigation into the fatal lynching of Quentin Deranque continues as authorities detain eight more individuals believed to have been involved in the street fights and other assaults that day. Sources close to the case say the new detainees are thought to have participated in the riots but are not accused of delivering the lethal blows. Earlier, nine far-left militants had already been charged with murder and related offenses.
