Elderly man dies after beach fight over sunbed in Vouliagmeni
An 82-year-old man died following a clash with a 76-year-old over a beach sunbed in Vouliagmeni on Sunday morning.
The dispute erupted on the sand when the two seniors argued about a sunbed, with the younger man allegedly striking the older. The 82-year-old collapsed and was taken to Asklipio Voula, where he was pronounced dead at 11:00. The 76-year-old, who was with a 21-year-old companion, was arrested and handed over to authorities. Police are investigating the circumstances.
