EliseAI, headquartered in New York, is reportedly in talks to secure a fresh financing round that may place its valuation at $3.7 billion, with $300 million earmarked for the raise. Venture firms Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners are said to be the prospective lead investors. The firm, founded in 2017, offers AI-driven chatbots that automate tenant communications, maintenance scheduling, and apartment tour requests for housing operators, and also serves healthcare customers for invoice and appointment management.
In August 2025, EliseAI raised $250 million at a $2.2 billion valuation, and it achieved $100 million in annual recurring revenue in early 2025. The company and the mentioned investors have not responded to comment requests.
