Employers and unions set to negotiate next Agirc-Arrco pension boost
Employer groups and trade unions will meet this week to discuss the upcoming Agirc-Arrco supplementary pension increase.
Representatives of Medef, Les Entrepreneurs and U2P will sit down with unions CFDT, CGT, CFE-CGC, FO and CFTC to review the terms of the next pension raise. The talks are expected to start from the projected inflation rate, after applying a sustainability adjustment as defined in the regime’s strategic steering agreement. Participants aim to reach a consensus before the next negotiation round.
