Engaged couple found dead in separate cities of Mysuru and Ernakulam
Two young adults who were set to marry on Dec 26 were discovered dead in different locations - one in Mysuru and the other in Ernakulam - with authorities yet to confirm any link between the deaths.
P Anusree, 25, who worked at the State Bank of India’s Hunsur branch, was found deceased at her rented residence in Mysuru. Her fiancé, Amal, 26, an SBI employee in Ernakulam, was later located hanging from a ceiling fan in a hotel near North Railway Station. Anusree had placed a video call to Amal shortly before her death, but officials have not verified a connection between the two incidents. Post-mortem work on Anusree was completed at Devaraj Urs Hospital before her body was released to family.
