Etihad Airways Mulls Legal Action Over Premier League Ruling on Manchester City

A commission independent of the Premier League ruled that Manchester City committed more than 100 serious violations of league financial rules, including a scheme of sham commercial contracts that boosted reported revenue by £830 million. The club, which has denied the findings, said the investigation was biased and promised to appeal.
