According to Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, Israeli quadcopter drones have killed at least 60 Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip since the ceasefire took effect in October 2025. Their on-the-ground reports highlight three repeated patterns: drones firing directly at people, dropping explosives on tents housing displaced residents, and unmanned aircraft hovering near the “yellow line” to target farmers and shepherds.

The organization notes that these attacks have persisted after the ceasefire and have struck children, displaced families, and individuals checking on their homes. Gaza's health ministry reports a cumulative death count of 1,368 Palestinians from Israeli strikes since the ceasefire, encompassing the drone-related fatalities documented by Euro-Med. The findings underscore a continuing pattern of civilian casualties despite the truce.
