Ex-partners Charged with Stabbing Victim and Hiding Body in Wardrobe

In a Western Australian Supreme Court trial, Hannah Louise Glover, 30, and James Anthony Sorgiovanni, 29, have pleaded not guilty to the murder of 38-year-old Tara Marie Morrison. Prosecutors allege the pair stabbed Morrison repeatedly in the head, neck, chest and hands, leaving a trail of blood throughout the Busselton home. After the attack, they allegedly stuffed her partially clothed, blood-soaked body into a child’s wardrobe and tried to burn the residence, fleeing on a scooter captured by CCTV.

Investigators recovered three knives, two additional knives with Morrison’s blood, blood-stained gloves, a hoodie and a Michael Jordan jersey, as well as a clump of her hair in the kitchen sink. A neighbour reported hearing a woman scream for about half an hour before the cries stopped. The trial is ongoing.
