Explorations by Norwegian has begun a 371-day circumnavigation, the longest scheduled cruise ever, departing from Rome and visiting 220 ports.
Explorations by Norwegian has launched a historic 371-day cruise that will circle the globe, beginning in Rome and covering 220 distinct ports with few repeat stops. The journey includes European highlights such as Naples, Copenhagen and Helsinki, African sites like Cape Verde, Cape Town and Zanzibar, as well as Alaska, Japan and Greece. Guests will travel on the Regatta, a 348-room vessel equipped with premium cuisine, a spa, swimming pool, library and fitness centre.
The inaugural sailing is already sold out, and a second voyage lasting 367 days is scheduled to depart from Australia in February 2027. The cruise line markets the trip as an all-inclusive, luxury way to experience a wide range of cultures and landscapes over an extended period.
