Family offices push for bespoke products and pooled buying power in Singapore forum
At a closed-door gathering in Singapore, family office leaders said they are seeking customized investment solutions and collective co-investment to access direct deals.
During a private event at The Fullerton Hotel in Singapore, family office executives discussed how their sector is becoming more institutionalised and demanding bespoke investment vehicles. Companies like Agentic Funds, BTC Now and Pogum are designing offerings that fit a “3L” framework of lifestyle, legacy and liquidity, catering to both patriarchs who value capital preservation and the next generation eager for AI exposure.
Participants noted that direct deal sourcing remains fragmented, prompting many to build dedicated GP networks or use AI platforms to shorten evaluation times. A Dubai-based office described a three-step filter for investments, while a Hong Kong adviser reported cutting decision timelines from weeks to days with technology. The forum’s organizer, Noelle Reno, urged offices to pool resources, creating “collective firepower” to negotiate directly with target companies.
