Fatal crash on South Head Road leaves one dead and three injured

Police responded to a serious crash at the intersection of South Head Road and Evans Road shortly after noon on Tuesday. A vehicle traveling at speed on Tarawera Road was involved, and the collision resulted in one fatality at the scene. Two victims were taken to hospital in critical condition, while a third suffered moderate injuries. The Serious Crash Unit remains on site to investigate.
