Fiancée and alleged lover accused of plotting realtor's death at Pune fort
Police allege that Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary conspired to push realtor Ketan Agarwal off Lohagad Fort, filing a detailed chargesheet against them and Ritesh Hange.
The Pune Rural police filed a comprehensive chargesheet accusing fiancé Siya Goyal, her alleged lover Chetan Chaudhary, and associate Ritesh Hange of murdering 26-year-old realtor Ketan Agarwal at Lohagad Fort on June 18. The document states Goyal opposed marrying Agarwal after their February engagement and plotted with Chaudhary and Hange to push him from the fort, disguising the act as a fall. Digital evidence shows the suspects searched online for information on past deaths at the location, including the 2025 Mansi Govindpurkar case, and for ways to delete phone and internet data.
The chargesheet also notes they explored hiring a contract killer before opting to commit the killing themselves. Police submitted mobile records, social-media material, photographs, witness statements and technical analyses to support the allegations.
