First Minister Swinney outlines reform-focused agenda for Scotland

In response to rising living costs, the government proposed a price cap on selected food and drink items in large supermarkets, a move opposed by 23 industry organisations. Opposition parties called for stronger action on the NHS and cost-of-living pressures, but Swinney reaffirmed the government's commitment to balanced budgets and delivering on its manifesto promises.
