First Philippine Holdings Corp. has approved a new P5 billion share repurchase plan, citing continued undervaluation of its stock.
The board of First Philippine Holdings Corp. authorized a common-share buyback worth P5 billion, to run from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2028. Management said the move reflects its view that the company’s shares remain significantly underpriced. The decision was announced in Manila on Friday.
