Five new IPOs aim to raise close to ₹2,600 crore as market stays lively

Five companies will launch IPOs between Oct 26 and Oct 29, targeting roughly ₹2,600 crore in total, keeping India’s primary market active.

A slate of five firms is set to price and open their initial public offerings from Oct 26 to Oct 29, collectively targeting close to ₹2,600 crore. The issuers - EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, M K Sons Fine Jewels, BLS Polymers and Bombay Coated and Special Steels - cover a range of industries from alternative investments and wastewater treatment to jewellery retail, polymers and steel processing.

Each company has disclosed its price band and the mix of fresh equity and offer-for-sale components, with proceeds earmarked for expansion, debt repayment, working capital and other corporate needs. Additional companies such as Gujarat Victory Forging and Avaada Electro are expected to announce their price bands by early November. This activity follows a robust primary-market month that featured Jio Platforms’ historic ₹30,213 crore issue, underscoring sustained investor appetite.
