Five unmanned aircraft detected over Moldova as explosions reported in multiple villages
Five unmanned aircraft were detected over Moldovan airspace near Anenii Noi, Hîncești, Tudora, Ștefan Vodă and Căușeni. Shortly after, an explosion with dense smoke was reported on the outskirts of Căușeni, and drone wreckage was recovered there. Additional debris and fragments were found near Crocmaz, between the villages of Delacău and Puhăceni, and in the vicinity of Hîncești and Dubovca. Police and army units were deployed to investigate the incidents. President Maia Sandu announced the events, noting that no injuries have been reported.
