Florida duo accused of confining four children in mobile truck for years

At a press briefing in Kissimmee, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier detailed accusations against Keysha Monique Epps and Tamra Marshon Stewart for subjecting four children to prolonged sexual assault and severe neglect inside a moving tractor-trailer. The victims, two boys and two girls between five and nine years old at the start, were reportedly kept out of school, rarely fed, and denied basic sanitation. Stewart is alleged to have directly abused the girls, while the boys were punished when they tried to intervene.
The adults allegedly locked the children in the vehicle while they stopped at truck stations to use restrooms and showers. Both defendants now face child-neglect charges, and the investigation was highlighted by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
