Florida mother arrested after husband discovers alleged bestiality video on home cameras

Malia Nummerdor, a 38-year-old Florida resident, was taken into custody on charges of animal sexual contact after her husband said security footage captured the act.

Authorities in Charlotte County, Florida, arrested Malia Nummerdor, 38, on a charge of engaging in sexual contact with an animal after her husband reported finding disturbing video evidence on home security cameras. The husband had placed the cameras to investigate theft from a corn-jar and, while reviewing the recordings, discovered a clip of Nummerdor allegedly performing sexual acts with the family dog. He showed the images to police and gave them access to the laptop storing the footage.

Nummerdor acknowledged the video but insisted she was merely petting the dog, a claim investigators said conflicted with what the video displayed. She could not provide a satisfactory explanation for her behavior. Nummerdor was processed at the Charlotte County Jail, where she posed for a mugshot.
