Since its 2024 debut, the platform has facilitated the delivery of 25,000 pizza slices across South Florida, with a notable impact in Broward County. Users select a nearby restaurant or grocery store, and the app directs the order to a partner organization, eliminating the need for donors to handle pickup or distribution.
The Pantry of Broward, a key partner, highlighted how the fresh, hot pizzas brighten the faces of seniors and grandparents receiving them. The service is accessible via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and the founders have launched the Dhanam Foundation to sustain and grow their mission beyond the app. Their effort addresses a broader context in which millions of Americans, including 14 million children, face hunger each year.
