Forint loses ground against major currencies on Friday morning
The forint weakened against the euro, dollar and Swiss franc in early Friday trading compared with the previous afternoon.
In Friday's morning session, the Hungarian forint fell relative to the euro, the US dollar and the Swiss franc, extending the decline seen earlier in the day. The currency's weekly performance shows a loss against all three benchmarks. Compared with the start of October, the forint shows mixed results, being slightly stronger against the euro but weaker against the dollar and franc.
