Former 'All That' Star Christy Knowings Dies at 46 After Asthma Attack

Christy Knowings, a former regular on Nickelodeon's sketch series 'All That', died at the age of 46 after an asthma attack. She was admitted to a Los Angeles-area hospital and placed on life support last Friday, but her relatives elected to have the support withdrawn, leading to her death on Tuesday. During her tenure on the show, she portrayed characters such as Jessica and Penny Lane alongside co-stars like Amanda Bynes, Nick Cannon, and Kenan Thompson.

Her later career included cameo appearances as herself on 'Sesame Street' with her twin brother Chris and the release of a 2020 single titled "To the World." In addition, she appeared on the June/July 2026 cover of Black Beat magazine. Prior to her passing, she maintained a low social-media presence, occasionally sharing photos with fans.
