Jeff Dean, who recently left Google after 27 years, explained the basic habits he uses to keep his joints healthy while maintaining a demanding weekly workout routine.
After resigning from Google following a 27-year tenure, Jeff Dean revealed the routine he follows to stay active without over-taxing his joints. His weekly plan includes two matches in a 25-plus soccer league, two gym workouts, two yoga classes, three to four eight-kilometre runs to work, the same number of bike commutes, and a longer endurance session on weekends.
