Former Hells Angels member sentenced to over four years for forcing wife into sex trade

A man with a past leadership role in the Hells Angels was convicted and sentenced to four years and five months in prison for coercing his wife to provide sexual services to more than 120 clients.

A former senior figure in the Hells Angels was arrested in October 2025 after his wife reported him, and a subsequent investigation revealed that he forced her to engage in prostitution for roughly three years, serving over 120 men through physical meetings and internet arrangements. Prosecutors said he managed online advertisements, scheduled clients, set prices, transported his wife, and supervised the encounters, living off the proceeds.

In March he was formally charged, and in June the Ångermanlands tingsrätt sentenced him to four years and five months for aggravated pimping, along with convictions for attempted rape, two assaults, six illegal threats and a minor doping violation. The wife publicly called the sentence a “mockery,” while the defendant maintains he only helped a willing partner. The case also saw 29 alleged clients charged, with 28 found guilty of 56 sexual service purchases.

Why it matters

The ruling highlights the severity of forced prostitution and the legal consequences for organized crime figures involved in human trafficking.
