Former judge linked to PSOE operative allegedly threatened Biedma judge
Luis José Sáenz de Tejada, a dismissed ex-judge, told a criminal associate that judge Beatriz Biedma should be dealt with, according to a Guardia Civil report.
According to a Guardia Civil operational report, Luis José Sáenz de Tejada - an ex-judge expelled after a conviction for gender-based violence - was acting as an envoy for Leire Díez, a prominent PSOE figure. He contacted Cintia Rocho, a leader of a local criminal group, and suggested that judge Beatriz Biedma, who is presiding over the investigation of the president’s brother, should be eliminated. Rocho testified that she perceived the remarks as a direct threat to the magistrate’s safety.
The report also references handwritten notes in Díez’s seized agenda that name Biedma and other individuals linked to drug-trafficking cases in Badajoz. The contact was part of a pattern of attempts by Díez’s circle to manipulate the judicial process in the region.
