Former Penthouse model disrupts LA courtroom, demands deportation amid mental-fitness dispute

During a Wednesday hearing in Los Angeles County, former Penthouse model and OnlyFans influencer Adva Lavie, who also goes by Mia Ventura, erupted in an emotional outburst, pleading to be deported to Israel and alleging physical abuse. She repeatedly left and reentered the courtroom, at one point using a rolling chair due to limping. The presiding judge suspended the criminal case after Lavie's defense attorney expressed doubts about her mental fitness, requiring a competency assessment before any further trial steps.

This courtroom drama occurs two weeks after a judge denied her request for mental-health treatment in lieu of incarceration and after her late-July arrest for allegedly violating bail conditions. Lavie faces six felony counts, including grand theft, burglary and unauthorized use of personal identifying information, stemming from accusations that she used dating apps to extort wealthy older men and younger women, allegedly stealing items such as a credit card, designer clothing, gold coins and purses.
