Fortune 500 firms reshuffle top leadership, new CEOs at PayPal and Disney

A weekly roundup reports several Fortune 500 companies announced senior-level changes, notably new CEOs at PayPal and Disney.

Between Jan. 31 and Feb. 6, 2026 a series of high-profile C-suite changes were reported at Fortune 500 companies. PayPal Holdings will install former HP president Enrique Lores as chief executive on March 1, taking over from Alex Chriss, with interim CEO Jamie Miller in place until then. Disney announced that Josh D’Amaro, currently chair of Disney Experiences, will become CEO on March 18, succeeding Bob Iger.

Uber disclosed that CFO Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah will leave the post on Feb. 16, remaining as senior finance adviser, and will be replaced by Balaji Krishnamurthy. J.M. Smucker appointed Katie Williams as chief marketing officer, while CSX named Riz Chand as chief human resources officer and noted the retirement of Diana Sorfleet after nearly 15 years. Additional moves include Bruce Broussard stepping in as interim CEO of HP and other senior appointments across the list.
