Four arrested and over P80 million worth of shabu seized at Batangas port
Four individuals were detained and an estimated P81.6 million of suspected shabu was confiscated during a joint operation at Batangas Port.
The Philippine Coast Guard, together with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, intercepted a shipment of about 12 kilograms of suspected shabu at Batangas Port in Barangay Sta. Clara, Batangas City. Four suspects, aged 18, 29, 30 and 41, were taken into custody. The arrested persons are reported to reside in Malate, Manila, and Maluso, Basilan. PCG spokesperson Commodore Noemie Cayabyab provided the details of the operation.
