Four Artists Tie with Seven Nominations for 2026 Latin Grammys
Karol G, Rosalia, Jorge Drexler and the duo Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso each received seven nominations, leading the 2026 Latin Grammy slate.
The Latin Recording Academy announced the nominees for its 27th Annual Latin Grammy Awards, revealing a four-way tie for the most nominations. Karol G, Rosalia, Jorge Drexler and the collaborative act Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso each secured seven nominations, covering the three premier categories of Record, Album and Song of the Year. Karol G is nominated for Record and Song with “Coleccionando Heridas” and for Album with Tropicoqueta; Rosalia’s “La Perla” and her album Lux are also in the running.
Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso contend with “Ha Ha,” “Hasta Jesus Tuvo Un Mal Dia” and the album Free Spirts, while Jorge Drexler is up for his track “¿Cómo se ama?” and the album Taracá. Songwriter and producer Edgar Barrera leads all nominees with ten credits. Additional nominees span artists such as Anitta, Silvana Estrada, Mon Laferte and Milo J. Voting opens on October 1, and the awards ceremony is scheduled for November 12 at the MGM Garden Grand Garden Arena, to be aired on Univision.
