Four Illegal Immigrants Among Eleven Men Charged in Indiana Online Sex Sting

Four of the 11 men arrested in an Indiana online-sex sting are undocumented immigrants from Senegal, Nigeria, Mexico and El Salvador.

A police sting in Indiana targeting men who thought they were meeting underage girls online resulted in 11 arrests. Among the detainees, four are illegal immigrants: Senegalese citizen El Hadji Babacar Ndiaye, Nigerian Lucky Philip Udoudo, Mexican Filomeno Ricardo Flores Marin and Salvadoran David Josue Gomez-Posada. ICE has submitted detainer requests, and a DHS spokesperson called on state authorities to comply, emphasizing that each will appear before an immigration judge.

Marin faces two sex-offense counts plus molestation and enticement charges, while Udoudo, Gomez-Posada and Ndiaye are each charged with child solicitation. The spokesperson contrasted one outlet administration’s stance with that of the previous one, asserting that criminal illegal aliens will face consequences. DHS also highlighted broader ICE collaborations, citing arrests in Florida and a West Virginia operation.
