Located near Drummond Island, the 520-acre compound straddles the US-Canada border and offers four islands—Burnt, Wilson, Claw and Harris—together with a 2,131-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home featuring electricity, water, a sauna and a gas stove. Listing agent Anna DeCamp says the main house sits on a peninsula between two bays, and the islands are reachable by a 20- to 30-minute boat trip from DeTour Village, with a slip and two boats included in the sale.

Wildlife such as foxes, otters, beavers, coyotes and sandhill cranes frequent the area, and loons can be heard across the water. Most of the acreage is under a conservation easement managed by the Little Traverse Conservancy, limiting future construction to roughly 100 unprotected acres. The owners, who have used the retreat for about a decade, are selling as they age, and the asking price is $2.3 million.
