Four minors have been formally charged with aggravated rape of a drug- and alcohol-intoxicated girl in Saint-Dié, Vosges, and placed under judicial supervision.
Prosecutor Frédéric Nahon announced that four teenage boys have been placed under formal examination for aggravated rape of a young woman in Saint-Dié, located in the Vosges department. The alleged assault took place in mid-September, with part of the crime occurring on a public road and part inside a vehicle whose doors were left wide open. Authorities say the victim was intoxicated with alcohol and drugs at the time.
