Sesterce announced a plan to build a data centre in Jamsa, Finland, with an initial cost exceeding €10 billion and a first-phase capacity of 200 MW.
The French AI infrastructure company will start construction in 2026 on a former paper-mill site in central Finland, beginning with a 200-megawatt facility. A second phase will raise capacity to 600 MW, and the firm ultimately aims for more than 1 gigawatt of AI power across existing industrial locations. An anchor customer has already been secured for the project.
