Giants wide receivers coach receives stitches after practice collision with Malik Nabers

During a Thursday training session, New York Giants wide receivers coach Chad Hall briefly left the field after his lip was split by a helmet impact from Malik Nabers. Nabers, still recovering from a torn ACL and dressed in a red non-contact jersey, was practicing a release while Hall simulated a defensive back. A miscommunication about their directions led Nabers to execute an arm-over move that drove his helmet into Hall's face.

Team medical personnel stitched the wound on the field, and Hall remained on the sideline, resumed coaching duties, and later addressed the media. Head coach John Harbaugh described the incident, emphasizing the team's respect for the red jersey and calling Hall a “tough dude.” The collision also marked Nabers' first participation in team drills this camp, signaling progress in his rehabilitation.
