Global Constellation Takes International Sales for Sting-Narrated Nino Rota Documentary

Global Constellation has secured worldwide sales for the Sting-narrated documentary on composer Nino Rota, which will debut at the Venice Film Festival.

Vuelta’s sales arm, Global Constellation, has been appointed to manage worldwide sales for “Nino: A Film About Nino Rota,” a documentary that explores the life of the Oscar-winning Italian composer. Directed by Walter Fasano, the film employs a free-form narrative and is narrated by 17-time Grammy winner Sting, featuring interviews with Alexandre Desplat, Park Chan-wook, Vince Mendoza and other leading artists. The documentary will premiere in the Official Selection Out of Competition at the Venice Film Festival.

Production is a collaboration among Be Water Film, Sugar Play, Adler Entertainment, I Diavoli, Marco Morabito and Rai Documentari, with financial support from MIC-DGCA Fondo, Apulia Film Fund, Apulia Film Commission and Regione Puglia. Co-release duties in Italy will be handled by Be Water Film and Adler Entertainment. Fasano, known for editing over 70 films and co-writing the Oscar-winning “Call Me by Your Name,” brings extensive experience to the project.
