The Gujarat Food and Drugs Control Administration seized about 700 kilograms of adulterated red chilli chutney from a shop in Palanpur.

A targeted inspection by the Gujarat Food and Drugs Control Administration in Palanpur led to the confiscation of approximately 700 kilograms of red chilli chutney deemed adulterated. The seizure involved 140 jars, each containing 5 kilograms, removed from a provision store located in the Banaskantha district. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India reported that samples have been sent for analysis under the Food Safety and Standards Act-2006.
