GuliKit releases ES Max controller with upgraded anti-drift thumbsticks
GuliKit has launched the ES Max, a wireless Switch controller featuring a new version of its anti-drift TMR thumbsticks and priced at $49.99.
GuliKit announced the ES Max, its newest wireless controller for the Nintendo Switch, priced at $49.99. Building on the budget ES Pro, the ES Max uses a revised tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) thumbstick that tracks the rotational angle of a magnet, keeping magnetic field strength constant for finer measurement. This technology promises greater responsiveness and reduced stick-drift compared with earlier models.
The controller also includes two programmable rear buttons, swappable thumbstick caps, and Hall-effect linear triggers that can be swapped for micro-switches for quicker actuation. Compatibility spans all Switch hardware, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Steam, and it ships with a Hyperlink 2 Bluetooth adapter and a new mobile app for customization.
Why it matters
Gamers gain a more accurate, drift-free controller option at a lower price than Nintendo's own premium offering.
